As a group of 8 we had the place to ourselves which was great. It was very clean.. beds were comfy and the location was ideal. Only a couple of minutes to the town centre ...overlooking the park with a view of Catbells. The best bit ...it had parking which saved us a fortune and was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast yummy...you could have any variation of the menu you wanted. Pics of the view supplied.
