Paragon Inn

The front desk staff were very very friendly and helped us very much. We are English speakers and did not have problems with communication. Clean sheets and clean towels. Great clean bathrooms and a very clean pool.

Had a wonderful stay! Sadly we were only there for a couple hrs to sleep in between flights. Service was amazing, whoever the front desk woman was the night of January 10th into the 11th deserves recognition for outstanding service and hospitality. The compound was beautiful and relaxing from what we could see at night. The restaurant food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Well located only 10mins from airport close to city for sightseeing lovely pool staff friendly

The hotel was pretty nice, but do consider the pool is not as big as it seems. It is really pretty regardless. Also consider there are tiny windows, my room only had one, and I repeat, really tiny in an incredibly big room. The room was beautiful, enormous, the bathroom was incredibly pretty, but it smelled like humidity, pretty bad. It was a great place, but if you are sensible to smells this may not be your best choice. It is really close to the airport and it is really easy and kind of cheap to get there.

We needed a place to stay the night prior to our early morning flight out of BKK. The Paragon Hotel was so much nicer than we'd thought it would be since we didn't need much. Great pool and clean, comfortable beds. Family room with a king + bedroom with queen and single beds was perfect for our family of 5. 10 minute taxi from the airport, perfect.

Staff was not helpful .terrible if you are staying with kids .

Our two families (4 adults and 4 teens) stayed at Paragon after arriving at BKK on a 9:30pm flight. The taxi ride was short (we had arranged a Holiday Taxi previously and they waited for us until almost 11pm by the time we got through customs, bought a SIM and changed some money). We were checked in by the front desk quickly and shown our rooms which were two large rooms with two twins and a queen in each and an adjoining door! What a nice surprise! Bathrooms were large and clean. With a hairdryer provided. We left for Koh Chang at 9am, so we didn’t get to use the pool or many other facilities. We did walk the alley toward the main road and found a great little noodle stand and a restaurant with two tables where we had stir fry for breakfast. Overall, rooms were clean and large. The adjoining room option was very nice.

Surprisingly tranquil hotel close to the airport, ideal for a stop between flights. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to answer questions. Pool is great and the gardens a nice touch. Restaurant food was good quality. There is an mall about 10 mins walk with chemist etc. Room was basic but clean. We had a family room which was very spacious. Only criticism I have is that the beds were too hard for me. Overall a happy stay!
