Booked room based on what was on booking.com was given different room. Phone not working hand wash basin was not working no kettle or iron in room despite me booking a room that said all these facilities would be available. Booked a deluxe room got a standard. I guess I saved money.

I was not too fond of the elevator not working in block B, but I was told next time around it would be working. I believe it would because I saw the maintenance team working hard to raid the issue.
