Enjoyed my stay in this quiet gem up the hill

this place was inexpensive and close to attractions were were looking for on our trip around the 101 loop. the first night I woke up to a spider crawling on me so that had be on the lookout for more bugs. I didn't notice any others but it make for light sleeping.

It was charming. It had a retro feel, but it was obviously updated.

Owners were so kind and helped us out in an awkward situation! We booked the room because it stated they didn’t allow pets, however the owners had a cat in the office...I’m highly allergic to cats! Benadryl took good care of me! Would recommend it!

Quiet, nice place. Very short drive from ferries. Recommended.

I wasn't overjoyed with the entire stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was a nightmare. It was clean but the door and the toilet were in competition for space. The shower was hot and enjoyable. The battery died in the remote and when reported to the front desk we were abruptly told to bring it up to the office for replacement batteries. It is a small space for thus price.

Stayed in the three queen bedroom for one night with my family on a trip to Olympic National Park. It's less than ten minutes to the Hurricane Hill drive entrance. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and very comfortable for six adults, with a separate coat closet and lots of dresser storage. We cooked in the kitchen in the morning and all the basic pots/utensils were provided. There's a large grocery store within easy walking distance. TV looked impressively new (we didn't watch though). Shower stall was nicer and larger than most motels (though my significantly taller male companions pointed out that the showerhead was a bit low for them). Linens and towels felt fresh and clean and heater worked well when it got chilly at night. There was hot water for tea/coffee in the morning. All in all, it was a perfect stay! I would definitely return for a longer trip. It's clear that the (very pleasant, in my few interactions with them) staff and owners take pride in their property.

Our room needs a new bed! My husband and I kept rolling towards the side of the mattress and did not sleep well that night. That was our only complaint. Otherwise, the location was good, the staff were helpful, and the room was very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I left my pillow behind and they were kind enough to hold onto it until I could get back to reclaim it. The room didn't have AC but it was definitely cool enough outside with an open window and the provided fan. Would stay here again.
