Filthy damaged carpets in hallways and room. Smell was bad, probably from drains. Some caustic soda down the drain would probably fix it. Public areas like hallways were crazy hot, and the air con in reception was set to 28c. Room was noisy with drilling sound all day and night.

Staff were polite but nothing is really good

Dirty linens, issue with payment, language is a big problem even though they mention that the staff speak English and bahasa. No one at the reception except for the manager can understand english. They made an error with the payment. The rooms smell horrible and are very dirty. The AC water was leaking doesnt cool so well either, the room phone didnt work at all. There are many reasons why you shouldn't go here. Its the worst hotel ive ever stayed in

The pillows are comfortable

The water was dirty, brown yellow in color and stinks. Wifi was extremely slow, practically unusable. Next to a nightclub, very noisy. Parking was very difficult with very tight spot. Price is higher than what it offers.

- the lobby was poor with an aircon that didnt work properly. It's Balikpapan bro, you definitely need a properly working aircon. And at this point, this hotel already failed. - the building not giving a good ambience. Once you arrived, you only want to get straight to your room.
