Everything was perfect from the location to the staff. Only complaint is the TV automatically turning on every time you enter the room.

Overall we had a great stay. At check-in there was a problem with my credit card and the reception staff were very understanding. We were allocated a suite which was really nice. Food was good, staff were efficient. Only downside was a poor experience in the Spa.

Cynthia, Charlene, Hacken, Ivan, and Anne, my room is clean and I am well looked after there as I am a long term guest.

Lack of English speaking staff and very young inexperienced staff that do not understand how to deliver The Langham Service. Also Executive Club Lounge is a Joke should be named The Beach Lounge and the food in there has been the same for many months and often served cold and again by inexperienced staff.
