Petra Palace Hotel

Property is very close to the Petra entrance gate, just few minutes walk. there is an excellent bar on the side of the hotel. Very good staff.

Location was great, and building was newly furnished.

Staff knocked at room door at 8:15am to ask if we wanted to check out.

Pekný stredne veľký hotel v centre a blízko atrakcie Petra. Milý personál. Hotel bol čistý. Vonkajší bazén a wellness.

Bazén nebol vyhrievaný.

Allocato a circa 200 metri dall'entrata del Centro Visitatori di Petra, pare sia stato recentemente ristrutturato. Camere moderne (att.ne bagno a vista) e ben insonorizzate. Noi avevamo 2 camere al primo piano che davano sulla piscina. Ottima la colazione, varia (non ci sono affettati ma siamo pur sempre in un paese islamico. Ottima la pulizia. Off topic: verso Wadi Musa c'è un piccolo minimarket con prezzi fissi esposti, ottimo per recuperare acqua e snack.

location is great, 5 minutes walk to Petra. Wifi speed was good.

room was not clean! very dusty, the smell was awful. no slippers! one bottle of water for a couple?! the hotel is old. at the time of check out, i went at 1PM and the lady was about to give me a lecture.. she was like you are late to the check out, you already know that the check out time is at 12!! why are you late? even though the hotel was not busy!

Wunderbares Hotel, 200 Meter zum Eingang von Petra. Das Hotel wird gerade runderneuert und ich hatte ein tolles großes Zweibettzimmer, ruhig zum Pool gelegen. Alles schön sauber und modern. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr fröhlichem Koch am Omelett-Büffet :-) Das Personal war komplett freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Danke an Safi an der Rezeption für die immer freundliche Hilfe :-)
