The hotel was well located, clean and functional.

There was a missed opportunity here. We booked 2 nights on a non-refundable basis. Sadly the Middle Eastern disruption caused us to arrive one day late and miss our first night. My request for some fee reduction was denied. The hotel was well within its rights as we booked non-refundable. Our delay wasn't discretionary, rather it was imposed and this would have been an opportunity to show some goodwill that would have caused us to recommend it to others and/or inclined us to return in the future. Not so now,

Lovely traditional hotel right in the centre of Bologna

You had to ask for coffee at breakfast as the waiting staff did not come to the table to take orders.

Reliable- very good central location - air conditioning has been updated.

Unfortunately it wakes you up constantly turning on and off

The location was the best.

Our room could have used updating and was not in the best location of the Hotel.
