The location The room was clean

Unpolite rude and racist staff!! Second night aircon starts giving heat instead of cool air even was set up for 16deg. Night staff informed - he did not cared and been unpolite but promised for a refund in the morning. Once we woke up we spoke with the manager who literally did not cared at all. No apology, no refund just disgrace from his side. We felt humiliated by the hotel sfaff and forced to sleep in 30deg room night time (200€ per night hotel)

Beds were not too comfortable

Great location and the room was extremely spacious with great lighting

The hallways were very noisy. The cleaning staff were extremely loud early in the morning when cleaning adjacent rooms, but it might have also been because the hallway echoed.
