Al Pozzo dei Desideri

It's a great stay in general. Restaurant nearby are great. Checked in late but front desk left key and note, very thoughtful. Took a while to find the place especially at night.

Una vera sorpresa : una camera "di tendenza" in un contesto d'epoca, con una vista stupenda sulla piazza più bella di San Gimignano.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is at the center of the city and great view from the window. The lady at the frontdesk was very helpful to understand the place. The room was comfortable and clean. We would like to stay here again.

Hotel situato nella zona centrale di San Gimignano molto ben tenuto, camera ampia e affaccio sulle colline toscane fanno rilassare la mente e il corpo. L'arredamento della stanza in legno con travi a vista e le mura delle pareti in pietra danno un senso di antico molto gradevole. Il personale attento e disponibile ha completato il soggiorno in modo da renderlo memorabile. Assolutamente consigliato

There was no ysoap in the soap bottle and there was no employee in the hotel we could ask for soap. We had to take a shower without soap or shampoo. Bugs were around in the room. The carpet on the floor was very dirty. No cup or glass was in the room or bathroom for teeth brushing. The room was over heated and we sweated all night. The lady checked in us and left. There was no one there around you can ask for help. The next morning we waited until noon to check out but one showed up. We had to leave the key at the desk and left. This is a badly managed hotel like goast house located in the center of the town. It definitely does not worth the money we paid for one night, 88 euro.

Nous avons eu une superbe chambre. Beaucoup plus belle que sur les images. Très belle vue sur la toscane. Très belle ville médiévale.

Excelente localização, vista incrível, muito conforto com banheiro excepcional.

Al Pozzo was right in the main Piazza in San Gimignano. There are lots of stairs so don't bring a big bag. You'll have to drag it around San G and then up the many stairs to the room. Our room overlooked the Piazza. But the windows and the shutters blocked out the light and sounds of the busy Piazza so sleeping was no problem. The bed was comfy and bathroom big. Had a rain shower and it was awesome. Don't try to drive in San G. Just park in one of the many parking spots and grab the bus to the entry gate of San G and walk to the Piazza and your room. Driving in there was a nightmare. We got stuck on a steep hill in a manual rental car with people all around.

Great Room with to die for views. Small boarding house with limited service, but great location apart from access.
