The property may look pretty but that’s all there is to it.

I disliked everything, the service was horrible, no hot water, room phone was not working to order anything or to inform them about the hot water or anything else needed, had to go to the reception several times to complain about the same issues over and over. Ordering water for room service took over 90 minutes. I actually can’t say anything good about the hotel, the lift would take ages to come. Hospitality was zero, attitude was zero, and nobody cared to make it right

The hotel is in a good location offering stunning views of the coast. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet outstanding.

Although the décor and finishes were good, the design of our room left a lot to be desired. There was no desk and one could not be provided when we asked about it. I had to use a small table on which to work on my laptop. There were only two towel hooks in the bathroom, so we ended up hanging additional towels over the door or leaving them on a shelf. No kettle was provided and none were available. With so may British visitors who like their tea, this was strange and using the coffee maker to provide hot (not boiling) water was a pain. We also had to obtain mugs from the restaurant, as only tiny cups were provided in the room. The back-lit mirror in the bathroom meant that shaving or putting on makeup was a bit of a gamble. I cut myself twice! There was no hot water one afternoon when we returned and wanted a shower (it was a very hot day). We paid Euro 15 per day for parking and this involved taking a shuttle bus to the parking lot about a 5-minute drive away. Whilst the service was very efficient and the drivers excellent, this was rather inconvenient.
