Good clean rooms the bed was huge, nice relaxing reception area with a bar easy access to rooms staff were friendly room was cleaned everyday

Breakfast was messy and cramped at certain times trying to get our food no eggs beans or sausage topped up had to wait few mins to bring out fresh and the coffee machine stopped working felt sorry for the old woman single handling everything on her own cleaning tables and trying her hardest to keep the food topped up she did her best so did not have the most relaxing experience at breakfast but did let it stop me enjoying My hoilday just thing there room for improvement

Great location, really good how you have access to all of the park facilities. Spacious room for a family

Would have been better if there were darker / blackout curtains or blind, once sunlight hits the room little ones thought it was time to up. A fridge in the room would also be beneficial.

It was a very good stay and loved the hotel but service was slow usually because they didnt have enough staff. The lady in the dining room was rushed off her feet but did finally get some help clearing the tables
