No live TV seem to be an Ariel issue other then that our stay was great 😊

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms

Needs a fridge

Love the facilities & use of swimming pool

Nothing other than could do with having a mini fridge in room

The room

Tv had problems only chanels i could get was lg chanels there was a problem with ariel socket 1 reported it but no one ever come

We could access the pool and entertainment of the caravan site whilst staying in the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection.

The heating was on in the bathroom the day we checked in and had been on all day, so the first night was unbearable heat in the room after outdoor temperatures of 26 degrees plus. Why the bathroom radiator was left on by the cleaners baffled us. Room felt dated and lots of signs of wear and tear. But acceptable for the price paid.

Absolutely stunning hotel, the grounds and the lakes make it an impressive drive up. Plenty of parking spaces to not have to worry about parking. Great location with a local bus every 15 minutes to Skegness sea front. Great onsite facilities with free use of the indoor pool. Other activities to be paid for but not unreasonable. My daughter and I had the best mini break together.

Beds are a bit hard but that's my only gripe I cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be returning.
