The view

The constant noise from extraction fans and heat pumps.24hrs. Got moved room but same on other side of building. Did not sleep because of this. The food was terrible, at dinner , cold rice, hard nan bread, not a good curry. The Cappuccino was good. Some staff were pleasant, some on reception were not, and did not make me feel welcome.

Beautiful location, excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. Extremely clean hotel rooms are beautiful, ensuite so clean and well maintained.

Beds in standard rooms not amazing quality. Heating system in rooms needs to be explained better, was hard to get the temperature of the room correct. Saying that the new systems seem very high standard.

Staff were super friendly and a pkeasure to deal with no matter whether it eas check in, the bar, the spa etc Rooms look like they have been ungraded recently and they are spotless and fresh looking. Facilities are great.

Very little not to like about this hotel tbh.

Liked the food it was reasonably priced and good quality, we ate our evening meal and breakfast in the terrace with a great view of the sea. Restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and quite large for a twin room. The hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated also. Entertainment in the bar was really good on the Sunday night .

I emailed to ask for a room with a view a few days prior to our stay with no response from hotel, i also emailed to say i was bringing my elderly mum for her 77th birthday and could they acknowledge this in any small way - again no response from hotel. When we arrived the room was beautiful, however it looked out into a wall and a roof. My mum is not very mobile following cardiac surgery so a room with a view would have meant she could stay in the room without having to always leave. When i asked the staff to move i was told this would not be possible and alluded to this being that i booked through booking.com! Again, in regard to my mums birthday there was nothing not even at check in or at dinner. This was very disappointing and to not even respond to requests lacks customer focus and understanding.

Fabulous stay, staff so friendly, lovely family room with a beautiful view of pollan bay, brilliant breakfast, lots of choice and lovely meals in the restaurant.
