La mayoría de los que me atendieron fueron amables pero si tuve una situación muy estresante que no me permitió descansar esa noche

Cobros extra sorpresivos que al final resultaron no ser ciertos lo cual fue muy estresante y un trato no agradable

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer mit Schließfach, Zimmer und Hostel waren sehr ruhig. Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Check-out möglich.

Bad war ok sauber, aber hatte einige Pfützen am Boden.

Showers have a hook on the inside wall.

Bathroom stalls have no toilet paper--you have to get some before entering. Room had no windows. Room had no ceiling fan. Second floor is like a furnace. Kitchen is only open from 8am-4pm, and only from noon until 4pm on Thursdays. The reception is not helpful if you ask them about anything other than their tours. The first time I tried to shower, there was no hot water. When I told the reception layer, the girl said I should have tried another one. So it seems they think it acceptable that you go door to door looking for hot water. She did say I could try a different floor , which I did the next day and found a good one, but I wasn't going to go up and down the stairs in a towel and wet shower shoes on that first day.
