El depto esta correcto.

Falta vajila - artefactos de cocina - elementos generales de cocina. La TV tiene 20 años de antiguedad. No reponen toallas ni papel de cocina/higienico.

The resort was close to everything. The townhouse was very nice.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned very good.The floor was dirty the shower had hair in and around the tub. I found a few dead bugs on the walls where someone killed them and left them there.

Many public spaces and services advertised are either exaggerated or undetectable. The pool is small and overcrowded, with lots of hair in it. No lifeguard on duty or any sort of controls, which resulted in misbehaviors by many guests. Check in from 16.00, and checkout within 10.00. When asked for an earlier check-in (1 hour!), they replied with a standard email saying to book an additional day to get an earlier check-in. Anyway, arrived at 15.00, and they said that the unit was unavailable. They did not even offer to start the identification and deposit process, nor to leave the baggage, nor to access the pool or whatever, while waiting. Had just to leave and return at 16.00. The unit was still unavailable. Once again, they did not offer anything but to wait. We had to wait for an additional 30 minutes, and were not even offered a late check-out to compensate for the delayed check-in. The unit's main door does not work properly, and you need to literally run into it to push it hard enough to make it close. The rear window's lock is defective, and it would be easy to open it from the outside. Also, the SPA is visible from the outside and from the facing units, so there is no privacy. The kitchen tools are extremely limited, and the cutlery is missing anything useful for actually cooking (even a cutting board). The overall feeling is that the personnel are incompetent and unfriendly, and also not sufficient for the number of guests/units.
