Falta de atención del personal (restaurante y recepción). Por la noche está cerrado el acceso al no haber personal en recepción y tuve que esperar 20 minutos en la calle.. lloviendo!

L'hôtel en lui meme est tres bien, l'accueil à la réception est excellent, la chambre est grande propre confortable . La situation devant la plage est très bonne. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant.

Le lagon est très décevant, l'eau n'était pas chaude. Il n'y a qu'un sauna et hammam, pas chauds non plus et avec du monde qui parle fort . Pour un hôtel 4 etoiles on aurait aimé un espace plus tranquille et plus intimiste .

Le Lagon et ses parcours et jets d’eau La proximité de la plage Le petit déjeuner, le bar Le personnel très sympathique

Trop de monde en même temps au Lagon et avec les cours de gym aquatique avec musique, c’était vraiment bruyant entre 17h30 et 19h00…
