Junges Hotel Zell am See

Das Frühstück war für die Kategorie gut, Auswahl eher gering aber gute Qualität. Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr gut, man findet einfach einen Parkplatz.

Es gab Probleme mit dem programmierbaren Schlüssen, die aber rasch gelöst wurden.

Sehr Empfehlenswert, sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal, gerne wieder!

The location is the main highlight: close to the lake, free parking, good WiFi, and clean throughout, though the interior is quite dated.

Unfortunately, some basics were missing: no soap at all, only small hand towels, and no handheld showerhead. Breakfast was very simple, and when my daughter asked to take one bread roll with her (breakfast ends at 9:00 and she wasn’t hungry yet) we were asked to pay extra. For a single roll(Semmel) for a child, this felt unnecessary and left her feeling unwelcome. Checkout at 9:30 is quite early, though it is stated in the rules. I also want to mention the reception. The staff member was visibly holding back irritation when communicating with us, without any apparent reason. We were not given mobility cards at check-in or check-out, and only when we asked at the very end were we told she assumed we wouldn’t need them (since one of us was attending a competition) even though she was fully aware the other three were simply on holiday. At other accommodations, we have always received these cards automatically without having to ask.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am See. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten insbesondere für Biker.

Ein tolles Hotel, die Personal sind sehr nett obwohl ich spät am Abend angekommen bin, habe ich alle wichtigen Informationen vorher für die Check in gekriegt.und die Lage ist wunderschön. Ich werde nochmals kommen
