Ein super Aufenthalt, wo alle im Hotel sich Bemühen damit der Aufenthalt einmalig ist. Wunderbare Zimmer. Nach den anstrengenden Ausflügen ist das Hotel perfekt um sich zu erholen.

A localização do hotel é incrível! Paisagens naturais lindas, instalações ótimas, decoração e paisagismo impecáveis. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, limpos, muito confortáveis. Adorei a ideia das piscinas serem pequenas e separadas! Spa muito aconchegante e o que fiz (Spa Tour) foi excelente - já incluído, conta como um passeio do dia. Comida gourmet muito boa, assim como a variedade de bebidas. No geral aprovei e adorei!! Só o que incomodou durante a estadia foi: 1- internet praticamente inexistente no meu quarto (30) todos os dias. 2- o serviço no restaurante às vezes ficava muito lento, levando 1:30h numa refeição... quando muitas vezes queríamos comer algo mais rapidamente para poder descansar. Teve um dia que o jantar foi servido em esquema de buffet, mais rápido, prático, com mais opções e ainda foi o dia em que gostei mais das comidas servidas! Acho que deveriam fazer mais vezes... 3- quarto com poucas tomadas (tem que desligar o abajur pra poder carregar o celular).

Experiência perfeita. Desde a chegada até o momento da partida. Serviço de extrema qualidade, comida e bebidas de alta qualidade. Staff atencioso, dedicado. Nota 10 para tudo!

The hotel is one of only a few high-end hotels serving tourists to the Atacama Desert. The desert is an enormous attraction, uniquely beautiful, large and various. The hotel offers many excursions to different spots in and near the desert, at different times of the day (sunrise, sunset) and requiring different levels of physical exertion. The staff organizing these are well-informed and very helpful. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The food is as varied as it can be, given the need to bring all food into the hotel from areas distant to it. And the wine was excellent. The cost of staying is very high -- ameliorated a bit by the all-you-an eat, all-you-can drink, all-you-can see policies. But it seemed worth it to my wife and me. Internet access is spotty in the evening, but that shouldn't be a big deal.

I Highly recommend this hotel. The whole team was always very thoughtful! Although it is not located in the center of the pueblo, it is less than 10 minutes away by car, and the hotel has a transfer every half hour. The hotel sight is special, surrounded by red high desert cliffs. I really had a great staying! The only negative point was that the wifi reception was not good inside my room but the overall was excellent.

Spent one night enjoying the luxury here after a few days of excursions and exploring in the region. Service was personalised and friendly. Pool and spa area are incredible in the most arid place on earth (they sit on a subterranean water source). 32c degree pool particularly nice in winter. Good quality bikes for exploring the valley. Excellent restaurant.

Maravilloso hotel. Fino, jardín perfecto, privacidad, ruido cero, en un entorno espectacular, su gente de una amabilidad increible en fin, todo perfecto.

Loved the excursions (biking, hiking)! Although if you are not an experienced mountain biker, the downhill is a bit treacherous!. Hikes were great! Managers and excursion staff was terrific). Food was very good, but honestly having some flexibility (vs full board) would be nice. Couldn't eat this much food! The overall experience was great and you will be very well cared for.
