Die Dame am Empfang war nicht gerade hilfsbereit als ich um etwas Strom für mein Smartphone bat. Dieses war leer und ausgegangen sofort nach der Hotelbuchung und ich wusste nicht genau, ob ich in dem Hotel richtig war und die Buchung war auf ihrem PC noch nicht sichtbar.
