Op 3 jaar tijd helemaal achteruitgegaan. Slecht werkende airco in kamer en restaurant., onderbezetting restaurant, eten matig , niet gekoelde wijn. Amaturische invulling van de balie. Ondergrondse garage verlichting defect

Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais manquent de décoration. L’espace sous le lit poussiéreux. Pommette de la salle de bain verte (moisissures). Petit déjeuner faiblement garnis, la table sentait mauvais. Le staff était très gentil et serviable.

Standard pour un 4 étoiles, avec un agencement recherché de la chambre mais pas de petit frigo. Petite salle de bain très fonctionnelle et WC séparé. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien fourni et personnel au top de l’accueil au départ. Parfait pour une courte étape.

Plusses: clean bathroom, nice beds, very good breakfast. Minuser: room floor not cleaned, trash under the beds, AC not working good. Restaurant OK

"Loin du 4 étoiles. "

Probablement la mauvaise chambre… côté rue, extrêmement bruyant. Et au dessus d un néon avec des rideaux qui ont de mal au occulter… Donc entre le bruit et la lumière c etait loin d une nuit 4* que l on attend au Mercure. Nous passons sur le fait que le bac de douche cassé ne donne pas un très bon aspect et que J ai réglé la chambre alors que j avais déjà fait un paiement en ligne… ( il m ont remboursé lorsque je m en suis aperçue…)
