Zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą i regulaminem Standardu Ochrony Małoletnich, wszyscy goście Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** są zobowiązani do okazania dokumentów potwierdzających tożsamość: • opiekuna prawnego (dowód osobisty, paszport), • małoletniego (osoby poniżej 18. roku życia) – dotyczy każdego dziecka podróżującego z gośćmi. Jeśli podróżujesz z dzieckiem, którego nie jesteś rodzicem ani opiekunem prawnym, wymagana jest pisemna zgoda rodziców/opiekunów na wyjazd. Dokument powinien zawierać dane kontaktowe do rodziców oraz potwierdzenie ich tożsamości (np. skan dowodu). Prosimy o przygotowanie niezbędnych dokumentów przed przyjazdem – dzięki temu unikniesz utrudnień podczas zameldowania.
