"Great location even better people."

Great location. Right on the beach. Had injury to leg and couldn't walk. Hotel manager bandaged me up, carried me to car and drive me to hospital.

"Fine for a budget hotel"

Stayed here for 1 night in a fan room. Theyre actually individual bungalows The room was small but fine for 1 night. We were worried about just having a fan but it was perfect for the small room. We had to leave a 2000bhat deposit or a passport. The hotel leads directly onto the beach and has massage available while you look onto the beach. There are a LOT of cats wandering around and they have some dogs in kennels too which creates a bit of a smell in reception area, but its bareable. The hotel bar is on the beach with lovely cocktails and there was a fire show. The staff were helpful, they helped us arrange a taxi when we were leaving. Wifi is only avaiable in reception, but if you have a toom near recoeption it might reach! On the beach this hotel is a few doors down from the infamous Ark Bar which is much more lively at night, however it doesnt disrupt this hotel

"Solid hotel"

good location, decent service, well priced. Only issue was we could here noise from the bar in our rooms and there was a little bit of a mix up with the bookings which got resolved

"3 nights in B1 bungalow"

We stayed in the closest to the sea bungalow. However there was no beach and we had to walk to others. Its neighbor is Cha Cha Moon beach club - one of the most popular - fun all night long... In short it is nice place for youth. We enjoyed staying there just for 3 nights. The only thing i didn't like was the towels. They seemed to be clean but smelled badly like they were washed but not dried - really distrusting...

Great spot in Koh Samui - literally 1 minute to the beach, and 1 minute to the main road. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money the only downside is no pool but the ark bar is only a couple of doors away and you can use their pool.
