Chaweng Noi Residence

Room ok, beds uncomfortable, pool nice. Location terrible. It is almost impossible to access beach due to the greedy resorts thinking they own them. If you stay there you will have to walk along the busy road north and then walk down the creek/drain. Once you get there (if you don't get hit by a car first) the beach is beautiful. Koh Samui is so overpriced now that this place seems relatively cheap but you will need a car to get anywhere. Restaurant close by called 3 dogs is pretty good.

Very quiet, nice pool, great rooms.

The only thing we didn't realise was that it was car or grab dependent. No easy access to the beach. No sidewalks to walk to the stores.

The Manageress, was so very helpful and really friendly. Also, all the other Managers were excellent, conversing in both English & French. Very professional.

Good value for money, great location if you have a scooter. Cleaning every day and beautiful views.

Water pressure could be higher, nearly no hot water. Scooters that we got were in a rough shape, we noticed that one had low air pressure. The second one was very hard to start/open trunk and one light was not working even though we were promised a fix.

The apartment was spacious and clean, well equipped, had a balcony, very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, there was cleaning every day. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. It was very peaceful and quiet. There is a Vietnamese restaurant right next to the residence, but we haven't tried it.

The only thing is that the location is not very great, there is a beach within 5-minute walking distance, but it's hardly accessible, as the coastline is built up with resorts. Also, there's a 7 eleven nearby and some restaurants, but it's impossible to get there on foot, as there's a very busy 4-lane road. But if you have a scooter or a car, the location is not a problem at all. Also, there are a lot of taxis nearby that can pick you up within a short period of time.

I liked that it’s right near most things and you could walk but also it’s very quite and can’t hear anything.

That the reception isn’t open all the time so hard to ask for help or if you need anything for your room

Location was perfect for us. Quiet place. Very safe environment. The rooms were in very good condition. Great Pool.

Place was spacious. Pool clean and staff helpful.

Location was off the main roads. And the main roads were inaccessible to walk on as no paths. But we hired scooters to get about. So was ok. Just bear in mind. You will need transport or taxis.
