Horrible service, 2 star at best, breakfast is terrible and the same every day, no one ever answers the phones, elevator is slow or broken, no recognition of Bonvoy Titanium status for 4 PM late checkout (had to beg for 2 PM). Really, stay somewhere else.

We had a great time at the resort. The hotel food and drinks were excellent.

Like - the location is great, staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, restaurant food was good Dislike - understaffed, valet is overwhelmed, elevator is very slow (waited 10 plus min and ended up taking emergency stairs a lot), hall ways are very long if your room is at the end, air conditioner/heater is too loud.

Our room staff never replaced coffee or tea- I would go to the front desk to pick it up. Also, please replace the motel style mini wall blow dryer with proper full size blow dryers. The coffee make is a very poor design to get hot water (to make tea)- it splatter water everywhere.

The heating didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, the lights in the room were burned out, I was with my family waiting at the airport for 1:20 for the transfer, and I scheduled it for 4:30. We were left in the cold with 6 bags.

The reception staff is extremely arrogant. They don't give any information, and you have to ask for everything, When you ask, you are treated badly. They charged my card twice and said it was a system problem and they couldn't do anything to solve it... Several employees without hotel uniforms come to clean the room, and you don't know if they are working at the hotel or not. Every day, we had to ask for towels because they were taken away, and they didn't put another one in their place. It was a terrible experience.

Great property and good service.

Very good. Good location. For sure will come back!

Some of the crew are very rude because we have a service dog.
