"ホテルとしての準備が出来ていない。"

以前、当ホテルから割引券を貰っていたが、経営が変わり使えなくなったとの事、ネット予約しか出来ないのに、理屈が通らない。電話で問い合わせると、投げやりな返答。細かい事は、百歩譲っても、部屋の空調が、暖房のみだった事は、致命的。窓を開けて寝ました。値段も左程の割安感無し。

I booked a non smoking room and paid for a non smoking room but found the room on arrival to stink of cigarette smoke. All the staff suggested was that we “open the window”. Booking confirmation number 160092689462
