Krabi Royal Hotel

The room itself was nice. Nice bathroom and nice bed. The bathroom had a very foul smell coming from it though, most likely backed up sewage. The staff did not speak English very well though. We had an extremely hard time communicating and they could not tell us where to go to get food or explain how to get a massage at the hotel. The location is out of town so you will need help getting to downtown Krabi and they were unable to assist us in doing so.

Ms Tik siting in the reception is a very courtious and helpful lady.

The main issues were the air con not working well and a bit too far from town centre. Everything else was ok.

It was okay. The Service was not really friendly, the hote Location was not good and in the Hotel it smells really digusting.For one night was it okay - but not again.

If you want to stay in a dingy guest house for 1/4 the price, you might as well. That's kind of what you are getting here. Dirty. If you don't speak much Thai, you will have a hard time getting anything you need, for instance toilet paper, the extra bed & airport transfer we requested were not provided. No effort at offering service. One night here only but never again.

The hotel was adequate but did not find they had as many resources for travellers as other hotels in the area.
