Family friendly location on a street with convenient store at the doorstop and cafes down the street. Room was clean and spacious, swimming pool was relaxing. Reception was accommodating, texted us early when the room was ready. Breakfast had good variety.

Super zentrale Lage, Frühstück okay, Personal sehr freundlich.

Zimmer am alten Poolbereich etwas abgewöhnt aber dennoch okay. Könnte man aber mal renovieren.

Frühstück sehr lecker, die Lage ist ein Traum, der nahe Strand ist wunderschön. Es gibt auch 2 Pools, für alle, die lieber am Pool chillen.

Unser erstes Zimmer war zur Straßenseite raus. Wir konnten dort nicht schlafen, weil es unglaublich laut war durch den Lärm von einer Bar. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns dann kostenfrei auf ein Zimmer, in dem es deutlich ruhiger war, umgebucht - super Service!

The location was amazing

The staff were mostly lovely but we got charged for stained on our towels which I feel was unfair as it wasn’t stained but apart from that 10/10

"Gepflegtes Hotel im Zentrum"

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Lamai Beach. Das Hotel macht auch im älteren Teil ein sehr guten Eindruck. Für Thailändische Verhältnisse sehr gepflegte und gut unterhaltene Anlage. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatten sehr schöne Tage.
