Location was quite great and close to the places that I wanted to visit.

Nothing was satisfactory. For a room with more than 4000 rupees there were so many things that weren't upto the mark. Small bed, Small Window, wrongly constructed bathroom where the water will easily spill over to your whole bathroom and room from shower. No proper lighting in the room. No Mirror in the room, small room and even congested bathroom. No hand towel was given, Half of the buttons given on the control switch board does not work properly. WiFi didn't work as well. Breakfast was average nothing impressive. I could have spent this money somewhere else.

definitely not value for money - they charge 4 star rates for the room, no breakfast included, very average service - room wasn’t cleaned even after multiple requests. restaurant and food is average - choice is limited

Dark rooms, average breakfast, rollaway bed was mattress on the floor. Staff was helpful. Close to train station.

The lighting is poor in the room & very bad in the toilet specially the shower area

Staff at reception was really nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok Room is nice but carpet are not clean. Need to be vaccumed, as it is disgusting

Cooperative staff and value for money in the centre of city

Hotel staf were courteous,room was quite,and breakfast buffet had lots of variety.

Our stay was excellent..The service staff in restaurant were excellent.I have never had reception staff just hand me paper work for review without even looking or acknowldging me..My food bills dropped in front of me..Not added or anything..Very poor performance. The Quoram cleaning staff were more efficient and well trained than reception.

The staff was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is sparkling clean, everything is well taking care of. I had some personal issues and they were gracious to accommodate me. Absolutely recommend it!
