"Good, but not great—they need to improve"

7.0

The room was a bit small but acceptable. I enjoyed the dinner, which was both good. The onsen is nice, and the hotel offers a great panoramic view.

The property is showing its age and is in need of renovation. Regarding breakfast, there was a misunderstanding: we had requested bread and jam instead of the traditional Japanese breakfast to avoid food waste, but we were served the Japanese breakfast anyway and were charged extra for the bread and jam we requested.

Tranquilo, limpio y tradicional

"Lovely stay in traditional Japanese ryokan"

10.0

Everything. This is a traditional Japanese ryokan with public men's and women's onsen and a private onsen that we made use of both nights of our stay. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, traditional and catered to our non-meat dietary needs. Staff were lovely, helpful and available. Highly recommended.

Some visitors might find it slightly less accessible, a little away from the main centre and halfway up a steep hill, but it really was not an obstacle for us.

"Very Good"

7.0

L’hotel si trova a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione, quindi velocemente raggiungibile, nonostante l’ultimo tratto di strada in salita. Cena e colazione molto abbondanti. Quanto alla seconda: è disponibile solo quella tradizionale. Onsen: esperienza particolare, consigliata
