Camera meragliosa, grande con una bellissima vista. Pulita e con tutti i comfort. L’hotel è in una posizione con un bellissimo punto di vista sulla città. Molto bello. Unica pecca la onsen, vecchia e non tenuta bene, un po poco curata e non pulita.

la colazione e cena tipica sono state esperienze uniche, che mai in 2 settimane di viaggio ci sono capitate. staff gentile e genuino, si vede che ci mettono impegno per mantenere i servizi impeccabili

non mi ero molto informata sulla salita che c'è da fare per raggiungere la struttura, ma i gestori hanno un servizio diretto sulla navetta che porta alla stazione già dalle 7.30 di mattina

El personal fue muy atento y amable con nosotros en todo momento, y saben inglés. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen todo lo que necesitas. Los futones son muy cómodos, y el estilo tradicional del ryokan hace que la estancia sea muy especial. El onsen compartido es también espectacular, es una experiencia única.
