Internet is a "must" in every hotel nowadays. It caused unmeasurable plus uncomfortable feeling when normal internet connection disappeared in my Room, especially when my CBA Travel Money Card was simultaneously retained by a VCB/ATM on Saturday evening at Nha Trang Center, 2 nights before my departure of beautiful Nhatrang City. Could the Hotel compensate the inconvenience of its innovation to me by providing a Prepaid Portable Internet Device during my stay? "Sorry" could not help me at all.

JPAlthough the building is old, the friendly and family-like service of the staff makes me feel at ease. Above all, I feel at ease in a hotel where I can hear the voices of children.
If they could improve the smell in the bathroom and the weak Wi-Fi, it would be the perfect environment for me.
