Nice location, close to Kyoto station. Relatively (for Japan’s standards) big room. Nice onsen for hotel guests. Very good breakfasts 🙂 Nice and open staff

Room was not perfectly clean when we arrived, but the staff made it when we reported the issue to the reception. Overall impression is, that hotel will need refreshment in coming years

Frühstück war für meinen Geschmack zu japanisch- war aber eine riesige Auswahl für Liebhaber von japanischen Frühstück. Hatte mich darauf gefreut, aber Curry&Co am Morgen ist nicht,was ich möchte. Wenig andere Möglichkeiten beim Frühstücken. Würde empfehlen, nicht Frühstück vorauszubuchen, sondern vor Ort dies auszuprobieren und dann entscheiden,ob man dies möchte.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless, making my stay extremely comfortable. I was even pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was seamless, and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return when I’m in the area ☺️
