Hotel Bhairon Vilas

Me and my wife planned to visit karni mata temple deshnok near bikaner, so we booked the room from expedia which I found a decent website ,booked the room on same day and reached bikaner in evening , hotel look and ambiance is good but the staff is untrained ,which can be improved , over all the hotel is good and can be recommended to others

Bon hôtel très bien situé. Très grande chambre typique. Superbe jardin pour se détendre de l'agitation de la ville â proximité. La propreté pourrait être meilleure mais cet hôtel reste un très bon rapport qualité prix!

Patron fort sympathique nous ayant concocté une soirée super dans les dunes avec feu de camp et musiciens. Super extra.

1. Hotel infrastructure & location has good potential to attract visitors. However, it is poorly managed & maintained. 2. In general the few staff managing the hotel exhibit negative or indifferent attitude to guests. 3. We managed without hot water in one of the suites hired & without food for dinner on arrival as cook was not available. Hotel staff refuses to help out arranging food from elsewhere. 4. Television, Wi-fi, intercom telephone are partially functional or non functional in many rooms. 5. Mattresses, blanket, pillows provided are not cleaned. 6. Bed in Maharaja suites & other ones are creaking & risk breaking down any time. 7. Charges are stiff considering type & kind of amenities provided. 8. Lighting in general is inadequate in & outside the premises.

The hotel design is very unique, the decoration is splendid, the rooms are large, but do not order wine (not a good selection), and the breakfast is very poor.

Es un hotel precioso con unos jardines muy muy bonitos. La decoracion es un poco recargada pero es todo historico. Las habitaciones son inmensas y el baño tiene bañera, ademas esta muy limpio. El hotel tiene un bar muy agradable donde puedes tomarte unas cervezas o un refresco a un buen precio. El restaurante es buffet. El hotel esta al lado del fuerte pero la entrada esta justo en la parte opuesta al hotel (unos 10min andando a paso tranquilo) En principio reservamos solo una noche pero estabamos tan agusto que al final nos quedamos 2 noches mas

Une étape agréable, un bon petit restaurant juste à côté. Petit déjeuner sympathique dans un petit jardin.

J'avais réservé une chambre Deluxe, payée d'avance. Résultat j'ai eu une chambre standard dans l'annexe de l'hôtel avec une petite fenêtre sur une terrasse aveugle. Malgré mes réclamations (dur d'avoir le responsable), il m'a été certifié que c'était une Deluxe. Mon chauffeur ayant su par la suite qu'un groupe de touriste était venu le jour même donc on leur a donné toutes les deluxe et moi une standard. Pas de peignoir, piscine en construction donc non exploitable, petit déjeuner en supplément très spartiate. Bref, mauvaise expérience pour moi.

Solo le falto a la tarifa incluir El desayuno para q estuviera perfecto! Pero lo pagamos ahi :(
