G Eleven Hotel

The hotel is a bit old, but under renovation. It reception was very friendly as they let have breakfast earlier than usual so that we could get on our bus at 6.45am

Trevlig och bra service, nära till det mesta så jag kan bara säga att detta är ett bra val för pengarna.

Hotel is poorly run. Building isn't that old but seems much older. It needs some basic maintainance like a new coat of paint. WiFi very unpredictable and patchy. Breakfast take it or leave it.

I always stay here while in Phnom Penh. Good staff and nice pool. Convenient.

Sheets not changed in 5 nights, pool good, bath quite dirty we had to clean it, no kettle for coffee, omelette breakfast fine, general state of hotel run down and not clean beyond front foyer, staff friendly and helpful, noisy busy street can avoid if not in front room, air con not working moved to another room but this is common problem at budget hotels.

Nära sevärda platser. Bra transporter till andra sevärdheter och shopping. Frukosten försenad 4 dagar av fem. Kaffe och Te försenat mellan tio till tjugo minuter.

Very basic hotel in Phnom Penh that is close to place and water front.. room was clean, good internet access but bed was rock hard and only one small pillow. ask for another but they didn't have any spares. Pool was small but clean. No lift service to the four floors of hotel. breakfast extremely basic. fried egg or omelette with toast. Staff were helpful with booking of transport but overall expensive for what is offered.

I stayed here for over a month several years ago and found it a good enough place. But this trip I move out after a couple of days. Tired of things not working and tired of the demotivated staff. I don't know who owns this place but they need to reinvest some of their profits back into the business.

Let me tell about the only things which could be better: - Warm water in the shower should be there faster - IF there had been a bar/cocktailserving at the pool Everything else was really good; Nice staff, good cleaning, huge(!) bed, nice rooms, OK internet, good (but simple) breakfast - and overall; Value for money was top!!
