Der Strand ist schön. Wir fanden Koh Lanta sehr schön. Die Lage ist ganz gut.

Normal gebe ich keine schlechten Bewertungen, aber ich fühle mich echt in die Verpflichtung bei diesen Missständen - wir kamen an und uns wurde berichtet, dass unsere Zimmer nicht verfügbar sind und wir haben einfach ein wirklich schreckliches Zimmer stattdessen bekommen. - Kundenservice von Booking hat sofort reagiert und wir konnten uns einigen. - Am zweiten Tag konnten wir in unser ursprünglich gebuchten und bezahlen „Deluxe“ Bungalow umziehen (absolut kein Deluxe ersichtlich) alte vermoderte Bungalows die Sanierungsbedürftig sind!! Frechheit, da die Bilder extrem irreführend sind. Für den Preis von 75€ die Nacht pro Bungalow für mich und meine 5 Jahre alte Tochter echt frech! - weiters würde uns für die erste Nacht der volle Preis einen Deluxe Bungalows verrechnet, obwohl keiner frei war und wir nicht darin übernachten konnten?!? - Pool dreckig und meine Tochter hat sich am Grund des Pools eine offene Wunde zugezogen, da er kaputt ist. - Restaurant war so lala. Haben ab und an da gegessen aus reiner Bequemlichkeit, aber es gibt ganz gute Option in Gehweite - würde ich wieder kommen? Eher nicht!
