It's kinda a weird set up but overall, good option for the price.

Excellent service

While the hot tub was great and the price was good, this hotel is showing its age. The TP was transparent, the breakfast was not worth the $10 per person we had to pay for it and some of the staff were not as polite as others.

By mistake I double booked my room from the Expedia app and it has been a pain in the neck to get my refund. They have make me bounce back and forth for 1 week between Expedia and the hotel trying to get a copy of my voucher or my refund while the interest keep running on my credit card. The hotel supervisor is never there and they don’t give you his contact info. Bad bad experience with Expedia and the Hotel le president in Sherbrooke QC

Management needs to remind workers of self hygiene when dealing with the public. The smell of body odor upon entering reception and this on a second trip is more than noticable

Not bad, the kids like pool and spa, but the room’s bath water is small, there haven’t breakfast just cold things and more expensive. The sofa bed not good for sleeping, pretty uncomfortable! The pillows are bad and uncomfortable, my head hurts every day during I live there
