We were among the first guests of the 2025 summer season and highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as described. The owner is on-site, ensuring guests are comfortable. All the other staff are warm and welcoming… and the freshly prepared breakfast each morning is five-star. We look forward to coming back!

Few steps down from the Main Street the hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the bus station which connects Fira to the rest of the island. Main shopping area and eateries just minutes away. We booked an airport taxi transfer through the hotel There was someone waiting at the drop off point to help with luggage down the steps to the hotel. We stayed at a deluxe double room - very spacious room with seating space, dressing area and a large comfortable bed. Bathroom has a large double shower area and everything is extremely clean. Superb breakfast which changes everyday. Wonderful views from the room and the breakfast area. Staff extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous view: quiet, serene spot that belies all the action going on nearby. Walking distance to all the great shopping in Fire. Proprietor and staff are friendly and wonderfully attentive. The home cooked breakfast is truly special - including individually prepared hot items that change evey day like crepes with ham or broccoli cheese souffles. Be forewarned, since this inn is built into the sides of the cliffs overlooking the caldera (which allows for the amazing views), taxis cannot access the hotel directly, and it will require walking about 2-3 minutes up a short hill and along some cobblestones streets, and then going down a rather long set of steps to get to the the hotel reception area after you get dropped off. The hotel can arrange for transfer assistance with your baggage, etc. from/to the airport or ferry if you call them at least a couple days in advance - I HIGHLY recommend this!

This hotel was perfect. Amazing view from the private hot tub on the balcony outside the room. Vasilis and Christos were there to help with anything we needed and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Wonderful hotel with top class service, the most amazing breakfasts and stunning views! Vassilis and his team couldn't have done a better job, in particular Christos who was truly lovely and helpful. Fab amenities and beautiful room, in particular the addition of the day bed and hot tub on the balcony was a proper treat. The hotel is excellently posititioned and sunset views from both the room and rooftop bar were superb. Great spot for exploring the rest of the beautiful island. Did not want to leave.
