Great hotel which is in the centre of town but very quiet. Very helpful staff who were extremely responsive to any requests we had. I would highly recommend a stay here

The hotel was well located in the centre of Chalons and the room was well appointed. We had dinner in the Bistro and it was excellent and good value for money. The staff were also a highlight of our dining experience. Breakfast was first-class.

The car park is small and a tight fit in some allocated slots. Thankfully, the receptionist was very helpful and appears to supervise parking very closely.

Calme, central, staff très pro, bon petit déjeuner, joli endroit. Salle de bain très grande J’étais déjà venue et avait passé un bon séjour, donc je suis venue à nouveau. Malheureusement cette expérience n’était pas à la hauteur de mes souvenirs

Nous avions 2 lits simples plutôt qu’un lit double. Une très forte odeur de produit chimique dans la chambre nous a forcés à laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la soirée (il faisait froid !) c’était les draps qui sentaient vraiment fort, très désagréable pour dormir. Chambre petite mais salle de bains gigantesque

No coffee or milk in room although we were told by reception there should have been Floor tiles were clay and unglazed When stepping out of shower the floor towel was dirty from wiping water from the floor Floor needs a good clean and seal Strange when hotel is attached is their Michelin stared restaurant

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

It was my fault but I should have booked a table in one of their restaurants when i booked the room. I thought a resident would always get in but we were told they were full when we arrived so we had to eat elsewhere.
