Rates in full board or less than this regime DO NOT include drinks. Rates with the All-Inclusive Premium regime (in all its variants) include drinks in the restaurant, in the cafeteria-bar and in the beach bars during their opening hours. If a rate with access to the Thermal Center is booked, this will not include access to the Carthaginian Baths on the day of arrival or departure. Children under 2 years of age are considered babies. Children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot for an extra charge of EUR 8 per night. It is forbidden for guests to bring their own cot. Minors between the ages of 2 and 12 (both inclusive) are considered children and cannot access the hotel's thermal center. Guests over the age of 13 are considered adults and must pay the full rate. The establishment's Chiringuito Club terrace is exclusively available for reservations with the Deluxe double room rate. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. "Lamentavelmente o hotel é péssimo. O espaço de acesso ás piscinas e praia é muito ventoso. E acresce custo de tudo, cade"

Não gostei de NADA

Hotel muito antigo, o comer era pouco variado. O pão do pequeno almoço não era do dia. Não tem água de garrafa só filtrada. Pequeno almoço péssimo. Limpeza, muito fraca. Tem um cheiro característico desagradável. Não recomendo….

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación.

No me gustó lo desgastadas que están las instalaciones . Le sobra una estrella. Las habitaciones muy normalitas, el aire acondicionado muy antiguo, hace mucho ruido y los aparatos de fuera llenos de óxido. La comida también muy básica, poca variedad para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Le hace falta una renovación completa. No volveremos.

La recepción un desastre, al entrar a nuestra supuesta habitación había una pareja teniendo relaciones sexuales y nos quedamos ellos y nosotros helados. Y todo se solucionó con perdón ha sido un error con el número de habitación. Me parece una vergüenza
