"Comfortable stay in Lyon in quieter part of town close to Old Lyon"

Property itself was beautiful and very clean . Staff was wonderful

Room lacked few amenities like a safe, coffee machine and AC was centrally controlled and not individually

J'avais réservé l'hôtel pour ma fille, le jour de son arrivée il y avait des travaux à côté de l'hôtel. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre....impossible....personnel et responsable incompétent je ne suis jamais arrivé à le joindre. Nous avons réglé une nuit et dû réservé un autre hôtel. Franchement je ne recommande pas aucun effort n'a été fait pour se mettre à la portée du client...
