I have no idea why this hotel rates itself is four stars. I wonder if an organization has checked if it's actually four stars. We came at late evening and there was no hot water to shower. Mauro, the person who met us, was very nice and kind and made great beach and restaurant recommendations. This was the highlight of the experience. The water has a weird salty taste. There are no hangers for towels in the bathroom. Or if you use them they fall off the wall. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The refrigerator in the room is very basic and you cannot store food there, it's basically a water cooler. The breakfast has only sweets and fruit nothing salty. The coffee machine at breakfas is kind of old and does not work very well, so the coffee it makes it not very good. They don't like you asking for a towel to take to the beach. There is no Internet in the rooms and the one near the reception works about 30% of the time, so saying that there is Internet in every room is plain false. I would not have booked this if I knew there is no internet and even cell reception is bad. For the cost, these accomodations are not very good value.

Rapport qualité/prix incroyable Personnel trèms sympathique (parle français) et accueillant. Situation proche du bord de mer et de magnifiques plages (maldives del Salento entre autre) Dejeuner sous forme de buffet assez varié et bon. Pas de restaurant dans la Tenuta mais un emplacement à disposition pour faire des grillades. Endroit calme et bien entretenu
