Cannot fault this property. Location to the main town and right on the beach - perfect! Good and cocktails delish. Staff amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Nissaki Beach Hotel. The hotel it self had good service and the rooms were spacious. This hotel is right on beach front - you can step out right to the beach. It is located in a close walk to city center with plenty of restaurant option. We would go back again.

"Beautiful Beachfront Stay with a Few Tech Hiccups"

8.0

My teenage daughter and I recently spent six nights at Nissaki Beach Hotel. The location is truly unbeatable - right on the beach and just a short walk into the heart of Naxos town. It felt like the best of both worlds; peaceful and relaxing, yet close to shops, restaurants and the port. The setting is stunning, with the restaurant overlooking the sea and sunbeds just steps from the water. Our room (206) was spacious, mostly clean and had great balconies. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and breakfast each morning was a highlight - fresh, local ingredients and a beautiful setting to start the day. The only downsides were more modern/tech related: unfortunately, the WiFi never worked in our room, which was frustrating since we needed it to plan parts of our trip. Also, the TV didn't offer any English-language options and there wasn't the option to stream from Netflix or other services. For a hotel of this level, we expected more on that front. That said, if you're looking for a relaxing, picturesque stay right on the beach with excellent service and atmosphere, Nissaki is a great choice and we would happily return.

This hotel was recommended to us by several people and it did not disappoint. Clean and modern rooms. Great location for walking into Chora and adjacent to the beach. Excellent service and very good food served all day.

"Excellent boutique hotel"

10.0

This was a fantastic hotel by the beach. We had a standard room which was superior in every way and a few steps from the pool. There are a few sunbeds on the beach as well. Breakfast was by the sea. One slight niggle was the need to order the day before. When we arrived we had no idea what we would want and ended up ordering far too much which probably did achieve the hotel’s aim of not wasting food. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff very friendly. Drinks are a reasonable price. Easy walking distance into Naxos Town with its wide range of shops, bars and restaurant. It’s also flat walking distance to the port if needed. We definitely return here.

"False Advertising and Poor Service — Our Worst Hotel in Greece""

2.0

Pros: location. Although next to the least desirable beach on the island, it is a 13 minute walk to the port, bus station, and is centrally located to most bars and restaurants in Naxos town. In addition, they booked 3 taxis that we asked for and they were all on time. Cons: like everything else. This review is written in the context of the claim made on the hotel website that this is a 5-star accommodation. We ended up missing our ferry, and per the confirmation email: “If it is cancelled or modified later, 50% of the total cost will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total reservation cost will be charged.” Although we called as soon as we were able to inform them, we were charged 100% of the cost of the first night. Upon arriving, we were downgraded due to the hotel’s booking error (their words). To compensate us, they graciously told us we would only have to pay for what they provided us, and not pay for the room we actually booked, a sea view suite. The room we were provided was certainly not what we booked- a very cramped “junior sea view” with little space, no jacuzzi, and no private balcony, and it was honestly dishonest compared to the website photos.” When looking at the website after we checked in, we honestly thought we were provided with a standard room. The hotel did not attempt to improve our experience or make up for their error. When we got to the room, there were cleaning fluids still left in the sink. In addition, we were left a fruit plate and wine due to this being our honeymoon— however, half the fruit was rotten (like you touched the strawberry and it disintegrated), and there was no possible way to open the wine since it was corked. After asking, we were allowed to borrow a corkscrew but to “bring it back immediately”. We had to go ask for beach towels, and they provided two standard, bleach-stained towels. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was certainly not worth the 450€ price tag, by any stretch. For a 5-star accommodation, you expect 5-star service, and we did not receive that at all. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, especially for an island that is supposed to be known for its food; we certainly expected more unique options than avocado toast, various eggs, and basic yogurt from the grocery store. We also were required to make our own coffee in the morning, which was also very odd because, again, for a 5-star hotel, why am I required to make my own coffee? For our 2-week trip across three islands in Greece, this was the only resort we stayed at that claimed a 5-star rating. It was by far the worst accommodation we were provided in Greece. If you are from America, honestly, the vibes were “subpar 2-star Marriott but on a touristy beach”. I honestly would not be so critical if not for the price point— but we paid for 5 stars, and we got 2 stars at best. We would not recommend this to friends or family and suggest you find an accommodation that attempts to improve your stay rather than squeeze as much money as they can from your pockets.

"Terrible not even worthy of 1 star…"

2.0

We stayed here for two nights and it was simply awful. We had booked a junior suite sea view category room our room was 205 overlooking the public car park hardly the beautiful sea view we were expecting. After complaining we were told check out them and go elsewhere by the rudest receptionist and as a five star hotel no manager in sight. We arrived early eve had dinner booked and were only there fur 2 nights & didn’t want the upheaval of moving. We were moved to room 208 which was smaller and to the right our view was the busy car park or directly below was the hotel restaurant It was tough to decide which room was worse. The rooms are dated just awful. Then there’s no pool or beach attendant you have to go get the old scruffy towels from your room. The sunbeds are worn and dirty and the towels well let’s say I’ve thrown better away. Then we get to the breakfast just terrible there’s a station you have to go and make your own coffee no waiting staff. The coffee machine was so old it took forever to work we skipped it.This is certainly not 5 star and it’s dated noisy and I’d personally give it a 1 star. The night before we checked out we were pushed to check out early as they needed the room for other guests who had complained.Don’t waste your time at this run down awful hotel. We couldn’t wait to leave changed our ferry to the first one to leave.
