Nissaki Beach Hotel

This hotel was perfect. Good bed and pillows, GREAT location, right on St George Beach, excellent breakfast (must be ordered ahead which is annoying but also helpful for touring and schedule) and the restaurant is DIVINE for all meals you choose there. All the food on Naxos was best of our whole greece trip. The room was very well appointed and cool, the pool was beautiful and perfect temp always, and the views are excellent. Really a great place! Service was great and the stray kittens adorable and lovey dovey!

We loved our stay at Nissaki Beach Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed in a room with a view of the restaurant and sea, and it was gorgeous. The pool was also really lovely, clean and relaxing. Our breakfast each morning was delicious and giant! We never were too hungry for lunch after our breakfasts here, with so much variety! The location was also perfect, a short, easy walk to the main town and right next to the water and plenty of beach clubs to choose from. We went to dinner one night at Nissaki Beach Restaurant and it was one of our favorite meals in Naxos, so delicious! The staff were helpful and friendly and assisted us in booking a rental car while we were there. I did find it a little strange that our mattress was really two twin mattresses pushed together. Also, the balconies are not private and if you don't carefully shut your curtains your neighbors can easily see inside your room.

So the hotel, restaurant and staff were more like a 3.5 or 4 but the room (205) was terrible. We reserved a suite with a sea view and couch and we received neither. Rather the sea view was more like a cement wall and the only way to see the sea was by bending your neck and even then all you really saw was a parking lot. Further the tv was very small, the bed faced the toilet and overall the suite was quite small.

Nissaki Beach Hotel was something out of a dream! The staff were always smiling and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The area was quiet and safe. The hotel is located within walking distance from the port and literal steps from the beach. Food at the hotel restaurant was fabulous (there is a reason why it has been around so long - even locals say it’s one of the best)! I would stay at Nissaki again in a heartbeat. The saddest part of my stay with them was having to leave!

Strange having to choose your breakfast the nite before and also selecting a time … but it worked ok and the breakfast views were WOW . Would highly recommend if staying in Naxos

The best I can say about our stay here will not be enough; it was amazing! The entire staff was wonderful, specially Maria and Matina. They were pleasant, kind and hospitable. The hotel property itself is nicely designed with beautiful clean rooms and great views facing the beach. If you have a family with small children this is a perfectly located, safe and calm beach for your small children. Incidentally, our teenage kids loved the hotel outdoor pool very much and spent a good amount of time swimming in it. The hotel faces the beach directly so you get to enjoy your meals at the hotel restaurant right on the beach. The breakfast was so delicious and plentiful (I recommend being careful with your order so you don’t end up with too much food on your table). Location is within walking distance from the old town center which has many great dining and entertainment options. Thank you Nissaki Hotel family for making our family vacation so wonderful!

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out this was a welcoming, inviting and lovely hotel. The hotel staff made us feel so comfortable. We loved the room, the pool area and had cocktails on the shore of the beach in the bar/restaurant area. We also used their sunbeds that were located on the sandy beach. Dinner at the hotel was delicious, highly recommended. Would I stay here again and recommend friends and family… definitely. Naxos was my favourite of the Greek Islands. The food and island is lovely.

Location on Saint George beach and walking distance to town; although it’s not on best part of Saint George beach. Walked to town every night. Booked two one bedroom sea view suites. But the less expensive Junior Seaview Suites have better views. Your experience could be affected by which specific room you are assigned. I think Expedia booked rooms may get lower priority. Also, our kids liked the pool, but we adults were a little disappointed that they faced another building / alley as opposed to the beach.

Exactly what we were looking for - Beautiful hotel with incredible beach access. Wasn't overcrowded, very helpful staff, good food. Hope to stay again.
