Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 31. One child 8 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Chuveiro sem pressão pouca água e encanamento entupido Pia do lavatório cheiro de esgoto Observação sou cliente a mais de 10 anos neste hotel vale ressaltar que aconteceu nesta última hospedagem .

Hotel bem localizado,praticidade e conforto,e em destaque o atendimento da Helena da recepção e ao rapaz que efetuou a limpeza do nosso apartamento no sétimo andar torre panorama ,do qual infelizmente não sabemos o nome para citado

Do jantar ,exemplo o salmão e a salada de alface tinha queijo ralado ,e nem todos gostam de queijo ralado ,(eu por exemplo,)poderiam fazer meio a meio,feijão,uma certa noite só tinha com feijão preto ,pois eu não gosto,foi solicitado o feijão carioca,fomos informados que não tinha,poderia também ter as duas opções,faltam alguns ajustes
