Great hotel with friendly staff

The access through the casino was a bit too much for me and the room service wasn't as great as it should have been

atención muy amable y detalles de bebidas (cafe, agua, cerveza y refrescos), pastel, bocadillos y comida ligera sin costo, todo el tiempo

Once Belize customs was dealt with, the property is a huge value. There was a small Odor in the room and the staff in the restaurant needs a lot of training but the room itself is above par for Belize properties.

The location

The staff failed to provide us with information about the restaurant, amenities and information about the hotel in general. The restaurant does not accept debid/credit cards as forms of payments. Cigarette butts were seen on the floor of the hallway. The entire place smells like old age, mold, and smoke. It is very hard to find parking if you come at night
