Beach and pool

Rooms are very dated, staff/service lukewarm, Michelin star restaurant doesn’t meet the usual standard, food selection around the pool limited, beach has no service, which is huge miss given how beautiful the beach is. Overall, doesn’t meet the level of luxury one would expect at this price point.

Great location. The beach is accessible via a 5 min walk with reserved sun beds and beach towels. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kids club was an added plus.

The food is very mediocre. We found the restaurants in the surrounding areas had much better food than the resort. The food is definitely not worth the price. Housekeeping was not up to the standard we've experienced at similar places.

Perfect location for few days

Absolutely perfect stay! The entire staff is accommodating, friendly & willing to go the extra mile to ensure you don’t have to lift a finger. We were in a suite which was more than enough room for the 2 of us. Very large closet area with both hanging and shelving. We had plenty of space for our large suitcases. Comfortable bed & linens. We loved having the garden space with the lounge chairs for enjoying an afternoon drink in private. We dined at Gusto which was an experience everyone should enjoy. The breakfast buffet had anything you could imagine; breads, fruits, hams, cheeses, eggs all fresh and delicious. The walk to the beach through the wetlands is wonderful. And the hotels private beach is TOP NOTCH, STUNNING. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The pool is magnificent as well. Highly, highly recommend this resort if you really want to feel pampered stay at Baglioni Resort!

I loved how spacious it was. Very clean, beautiful beach but definitely recommend renting a car!!

- Food was awful. Room service was cold. Pizza was inauthentic. Tasted like Pizza Hut. Closest restaurant was 15 minutes away by car. - Food pricing is extortionate for the quality. - Breakfast is boring and repetitive. - Pool was not heated

Loved my stay here! Had some small issue with the shower flooding, but it was taken care of very fast. Be aware that there is no iron or steamer that they can provide, but have dry cleaning and pressing services for a fee. Given that you are in nature, the rooms do tend to have small bugs and mosquitos. Bring repellent. The breakfast is fantastic and the property so beautifully kept. The service from everyone is superb.

Great hotel to relax great services and food is above expectations

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Service was excellent, amazing. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again. I thanks a lot the staff over there to have make our stay a great relaxing and enjoyable experience.
