"Big let down"

There wasn't a stay Booked and checked in online Arrived at the front desk and was told that i couldn't have the room i paid for or any other room. The hotel was experiencing water outage and therefore couldn't give me a room nor a refund

Staff was horrible. I was refused a room after already paid and booked online. Arrived at check in and was told to come back later due to occupients needing to leave and the rooms cleaned. We returned 2 hrs later to be refused service due to low water pressure. We had our 8 children w us and drove an hour in icy conditions to get to that hotel. The pipes in our home bursted and we had been without power for 2 days

Big blobs of mold on bathroom walls. Manager rude. despite already having paid for a room, did not want to give us keys. (power outage and no water was NOT motel fault) No attempt of safety.

"Roach Motel "

There where roaches everywhere, in the restroom living room when my kids put down their food roaches was in their food it was horrible traffic in and out the next door neighbor rooms it was so bad

Had one roach in the room that i killed & then after that once i went to sleep & the lights was out it looked like thatโ€™s when they came out! I woke up to something crawling on me & it was a roach.. i had to leave at 4/5a because it just was awful & it gave me the creeps! I have never had a bad experience at any hotel other than this one!
