Просторния и невероятно чист суит, отношението на целия персонал, обилната и вкусна закуска, и не на последно място, страхотния релаксиращ масаж.

Беше малко хладно и проветриво на последния етаж но услужливия служител от рецепцията веднага се погрижи да ми донесат електрическа печка и всичко беше идеално.

The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent and ensured a great night’s sleep. The small balcony was a nice bonus and particularly convenient for smokers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with fresh and tasty choices every morning. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Although the city centre is within walking distance, there is also a metro station nearby, making transportation very easy. The area felt safe and well-connected. Overall, an excellent experience with great value for money. Would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great central location. Large clean room

I booked it as a 5 star property. It’s not. Doesn’t even have an iron …. Old, dated, ugly. Not a good part of town either.

The manager lied to my face. I booked a double bed (vs twin beds) this was confirmed straight after booking. But when we checked in - we were given a twin bedroom…. The manager told me that “all beds” in hotel are twin beds. Yes I know it’s normal to push twin beds together to make a double bed using double sheets etc….. The manager told me there are no twin beds in hotel. The next day - seeing inside other rooms. I saw double beds. I took video. He point blank lied to me - could have said they were all booked. He didn’t….. He simply said they don’t have any (despite website saying they do). He was a miserable person - you could see this. Stay away from this hotel.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff. The receptionist in particular was excellent - friendly and very efficient.

Lack of instructions for air conditioning and TV

Air conditioning was problematic in both rooms that i stayed in. Staff were very helpful and sorted things out but the equipment seems a little tired! Also, lacking in instructions for TV and coffee machine.
