Bungalows Castillo Beach

Okay for solo traveller

Location and bit difficult to get to, inside the complex it’s like a labyrinth and the bungalows are numbered so a quite a walk to find the right one/bad smell inside the house as the fridge was smelling of fish/ the water in the bathroom when taking shower was brawn and the facility had to come and repair it middle of the night/

Excellent value, well equipped, clean bedding.

No tea towel, sponge or standing out mat. Reception wasn't friendly or informative.

Very clean and tidy

A bit far from main entrance of complex but helps to get the steps in!

La ubicación es perfecta para quien va de visita a la isla por qué te permite ir a un lado y al otro sin largos tiempos en coche.

La limpieza no fue del todo correcta y la cama tenía un colchón de muelles muy malo, yo personalmente tuve que dormir en el sofá mientras mi mujer y mi hija dormían en el colchón. Y no es por que pese mucho 88kg. Lo que creo que el colchón ya debe tener su tiempo.

Chalet was clean, the ones to the right of reception near entrance seem to be more modern that the ones round the pool. We had no issues with apartments and for what we paid (£35 pn) would stay again

Having to chase staff for change of towels

Loveeeee the price for the facilities honestly you get a full flat to yourself. Can tan on the porch or the pool or literally so close to shops and those scooter parkings and the beach! I comeback every year I love it.

Late check in and early check out with lack of proper luggage storage.

Las piscinas

El recepcionista era bastante antipático, y no informó de casi nada y el check in muy tarde

Fajnie ze miejsce ma dostęp do 3ech basenow, blisko miejsca parkingowe, restauracje i sklep spożywczy. Ogólnie miejscowość Caleta de Fuste jest wspaniała. Mili ludzie, dużo restauracji, atrakcji, plaża, klify, naturalny basen, mini golf, a mimo tego spokój i mili ludzie dookoła.

Baseny są nie podgrzewane, w kwietniu była lodowata woda, moje dziecko ani razu nie weszło, a uwielbia zabawę w basenie. Personel w recepcji nie przykuwa uwagi do Twoich potrzeb za bardzo. Serwis sprzątający niby co 4dni a pierwszy pojawił się po 7miu. Nie ma możliwości wynajmu ręczników na basen(choć i tak za bardzo nie przydałyby sie w naszym przypadku). Poprosiłam o żelazko, otrzymałam po 2och dniach-nie działało. Miejsce położone dosyć wysoko na wyspie, można spodziewać się większego wiatru niż niżej. Standard pokojow ** maaaax. Oswietlenie w pokojach jak w szpitalu, mrówki w łazience, materace w sypialni fatalne!
